The first valid claim wins: an approved deal registration on the customer's domain, otherwise your referral link. Existing paying customers, accounts we reserve as direct, and your own organization can't be claimed.
Commission on customers you brought continues for 12 months after the partnership ends, then those customers move to us.
Example: a Reseller's customer pays $39.99/month for the base plan. You earn 35% — about $14.00 a month — for as long as they subscribe. Offer them 10% off and you earn 25% of list instead: about $10.00.

We may change tier rates with 30 days' notice. Changes apply only to invoices paid after they take effect; commission already earned never changes.
We decide which partner, if any, is credited with a customer, using the rules above. A conflict goes to our partner team, whose decision is final.
No misleading claims, no spam, no bidding on our brand name, and no self-referrals. Breaking these can mean suspension (no commission accrues while suspended) or termination.
Payable commission is paid via Stripe Connect or by arrangement. You are responsible for taxes on what you earn; Stripe may collect tax forms.

Resellers with a steady book of paying customers (typically 10 or more) and strong support are invited to Premier.
If they're already a paying customer or a reserved direct account, the referral can't be credited. Your portal and our partner team will tell you when that happens.
