- Enterprise: no published price, contact us. Everything in Paid, plus: FMEA risk analysis (severity x occurrence x detectability) on procedures; Standards Library and conformance checks against compliance standards; Linking QI measures to specific procedure tasks and processes.
- There are no coupons, trials or promotions.

## What it does

- Swimlane procedure diagrams: roles as lanes, phases as columns, tasks, handoffs and decision points.
- AI-assisted drafting: describe a process or upload an existing document (image, PDF, Word) and get a swimlane draft to refine.
- Many views of one procedure: swimlane, workflow diagram, sequence view, SOP, SIPOC, checklist, bottleneck heatmap, handoff and worker views, a movement map, and a printable procedure report.
- Sign-off: required and optional signers, approval rounds, rejection reasons and full revision history.
- Institutions: departments, roles, and private / department / institution-wide visibility.
- Sign-in: email and password, Google, GitHub, Microsoft Entra, Okta and SAML.
- Quality improvement (QI): projects with aims and goals, a measure library (including CMS/NQF measures and optional content packs), results with run charts and goal lines, PDSA cycles / interventions, sponsor tracking (payers, QIOs, improvement collaboratives, foundations), and printouts that combine a QI project with its procedures.
- An in-app QI Advisor (AI) that coaches QI work and drafts projects for the user to review.

## Partner program

- For businesses that sell or refer, not for buyers. Customers subscribe to SwimLanes themselves; the partner earns a commission on those subscription payments.
- Referral Partner: 20% for the first 12 months.
- Reseller: 35%, while the customer pays.
- Premier Reseller: 50%, while the customer pays, by invitation.
